Joe, our tour guide, was personable and funny and made our tour exceptionally fun and interesting! My husband was celebrating his 60th birthday and Joe played into that wonderfully. Would definitely take the tour again the next time we visit St. Augustine!

The tour provided information about the history of the company and the way they are processing the cocoa into different types of chocolate. The presentation is informative and the samples offered were delicious. After the tour you can buy the chocolate you liked best. Recommend a visit, especially with children as the presentation is easy to follow.

Interesting information about this factory. Tours fill up fast. The children liked to watch the conveyor belt and you get to taste about 4 different kinds of chocolate. Like all tours, it ends in their shop where it is very hard to resist buying additional chocolate. Many varieties including milk, dark, Valencia Orange, toffee, chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate espresso beans,... More

Joe was our tour guide. He was great with lots of humor. Tour lasts an hour and is informative of how the whole process of chocolate is created. They give you several different squares of chocolate to try, each more delicious than the last! You should ABSOLUTELY visit the Whetstone Chocolate Company.

We went through the tour with our 5 year old (and 4 month old) and had a good time. The tour was informative about the company, how chocolate is made, and what the difference is between different types of chocolate (milk, white, and dark). You get to actually see inside their shop where the chocolates are being made and get... More

Joe, our tour guide, was absolutely hilarious and makes the tour so much fun. This was our second time on the tour and the reason we keep coming back is for Joe's humor and sarcasm. It's a great time!

I loved the very informative, tasty tour. Joe is a wonderful tour guide. He is funny, knowledgeable and made the tour memorable. I loved tasting the great variety of chocolates and the fudge was a special treat. I didn't realize that chocolate had such an interesting history. What a special day. I highly recommend this Tour.

Our tour, with Storm our tour guide, was amazing. I learned so much about whetstone and chocolate in general in a short, 45 minute tour. They give you many samples throughout the tour and show you all around the chocolate factory. Our tour guide, Storm, was absolutely amazing. He was very informative, funny, and enthusiastic about his job. It was... More

The tour was interesting and you'll learn about how chocolate is made and the ingredients needed. You'll get samples of about 8 things, which is, coincidentally, also what you'll pay for the ticket to take the tour. That's the good news. The unending bad jokes from the tour guide was probably his way to "engage" people, but after 3 or... More
