Unique "walking around" and shopping area withe nice restaurants. The spanish heritage is very present and we felt the special spirit of the old times combinded with modern life.

If you're in St. Augustine, this area is definitely worth visiting. There are a few historic sites, but mostly you'll see shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. It makes for a nice little stroll. It's more of a fun place to hang out than...More

The street is adorable with tons of shops! The buildings are cool to look at as well. The one thing I noticed is that later in the afternoon there are quite a few homeless people with signs asking for money. I never felt unsafe however.

This historic street is kind of disapointing, a lot of shops and cheap food. They didn’t do a good job on the historic preservation of the site.

So many fun things to do. Great shops, galleries and restaurants. Lots of interesting things to look at. However, it can be confusing to find your car after walking around for a couple of hours. I recommend using a location app for that purpose.

A little bit touristy kind of like an outdoor mall. Lots of panhandlers . Lots of bicycles and dogs on leashes. A couple of nice little shops local merchandisers. Some tacky souvenir shops and some all about the sales pitch shops.

Hi, based on my dining experience at the St George Tavern, their sign shows "open 365 days a year", so I assume the stores are also open on Sunday, considering it's a tourist destination.
