Stopped on the way home to check out this gem. Just beautiful and secluded beach and camping this is the next camping trip plus the white sand beach ! The lighthouse pictured is on the way to the park

Have stayed a few times at the camp ground, and spent many days on the beach here, beautiful place. Camp ground is clean, with showers, and tent or RV spots. Beach has many shells for collectors .

Lovely beach with good facilities. No high rises to spoil the scenery. Grills available for cooking and showed available.

Beaches were beautiful. Not very crowded. Great place for bicycle riders. You can pay extra to go to the end of the island. Do not expect anything extravagant......you are paying to see undisturbed beaches. Restroom facilities were very clean. Don't know that I would visit...More

We went to the beach access across from the campground access road and walked as far to the tip of the island as we could walk since the tip of the island did have as much foot traffic.

Yes there are sharks, but they don't (generally) bother people.
