Overall a nice place to see an event. We parked across the street for no charge. Theater seats were comfortable with room for your knees. Drinks as expected were priced high.

Our first time at The Mahaffey, with tickets to see Capt Sullenberg speak. We had reserved/prepaid parking (available when you purchase tickets online) and drove right into a convenient spot. Beautiful outdoor plaza gave us a great view of the sunset over the water before heading inside. Expect a security check at the entrance; all was respectful and professionally done.... More

This is the first time we visited the Mahaffey Theater and we were very pleased with our experience. The seating was comfortable and there was plenty of leg room. I was not pleased that there is a ticket fee, though. We printed out our tickets at home and thought the ticket fee was not appropriate, given the prices of the... More

Balmy January night. Parking was easy & convenient. Yes, it's pricey at $10, but easy & convenient make it worth it. The performance was top notch. The venue was perfection. Great bathrooms; nice area for visiting with friends. Leaving was a dream come true. Lots of exits & traffic flowed smoothly. Pick any performance. You can't go wrong. Sit back... More

My wife and I went to Cirque Dreams last night and thought the performance was well done. My complaint is regarding the staff at the Maheffey and their lack of enforcement from with the audience use of cell phones - none. We were seated in Balcony C and not one usher did anything about the numerous cell phones being used... More

Overall, our experience was quite good, from valet parking to enjoying the ballet to retrieving our car, etc. The ballet was excellent with several performers standing out, especially the prima ballerina in the role of Odette. Regarding the facility: Other reviewers stated "there isn't a bad seat in the house" etc., but I beg to differ. We sat in the... More

I enjoyed the show and the theater was clean. Every seat would be a good one. Seats weren't the most comfortable and limited bathroom for the amount of seats in my opinion. I'd definitely back though.

#1. The staff needs to be trained better on how to follow the rules of the theater they work for. DO NOT seat people after the show starts. Moscow Ballet is trying to perform The Nutcracker and dozens of people are standing in the aisles blocking views of patrons who showed up at the proper time. Several performers looked annoyed... There is no bad seat in this place. We go all the time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have never had a bad experience here, whether it was for a concert, comedian, or special event. The Dali next door is also a must-see spot which allows you to get two for the price of one for parking... More

the Mahaffey offers wonderful entertainment, but I just went to a Christmas concert by the Florida Orchestra, it lasted only a bit over an hour, and they charged $10 for parking..that's ridiculous ...and I am handicapped.
