Amazing Array of Stuff

Went about an hour out of our way to go here. We were told by an unfriendly clerk that they did not have a restroom. We had been driving awhile so we said well I guess we will go. Clerk did not seem to care. In my opinion if you cannot have a proper restroom for your customers then you... More

Stop in and visit this amazing collection of antiques, where you can easily spend a few hours inspecting many varied items. This store has been on Sanibel for a very long time, and has a considerable variety of items, too numerous to adequately describe. But check it out and enjoy - you will not be disappointed!

What a trip! Next time I'll bring the family for a great time of old fashioned fun. Can't wait to see if the Farmers Market gets bigger over the next few years.

Don't be fooled by the exterior of Islander Trading Post, because inside is where the real magic happens. Housed in wooden antique and vintage display cases and shelves is an enormous eclectic collection of antique and vintage pieces. Although there is a lot to see, it's very well organized by cagtegory. A must stop on Sanibel even on a sunny... More

Wouw what a fantastic place, they have so many wonderful stuff. Its like going back in time and visit a lost era of time. Old toys, coke bottles, postcards, signs...... And i could go on and on.. Visited the place more than once during my stay in Sanibal.

Islander Trading Post Antiques has everything you are looking for and more that you didn't even know you wanted! It is a little claustrophobic, but really amazing. We browsed for about an hour. The clerk was friendly and helpful.

My husband insisted we stop and take a look. I was amazed at the array of different things in the shop and the sheer quantity of stuff packed into every nook and cranny. There is definitely something there that will interest everyone, even if you don't buy, it is fun to look around. The prices are a little high, but... More

We're antique dealers so we stop in every time we come to Sanibel just to check it out. Yes some prices are well above market while others are spot on and the quality can be so-so on some stuff but there's plenty of neat items. Give them credit for finding a huge variety to offer you. The 18 cameras are... More

It is always very crowded with people, the isles are very small and filled with mostly junk that they are charging top $ for. My husband stops at a lot of these places they all have a lot of the same stuff and this place the mark up is insane! I have bought a few things from the back for... More
