This beach is very clean and not crowded. It is a fair walk from the paid parking lot which costs about $5.00 per hour to park.

This is a great Beach. A bit of a walk so have a cart to put your beach gear on but the sand is great and it is not crowded.

One of the best sunsets I have ever seen, sea shells everywhere!!! Very clean beach lots of room for everyone, I had a pleasant day there. I love that you can drink on the beach. Great clean rest rooms as well. 5$ daily parking fee.

Wonderful place to go when you want to feel the world is far away. Whether you are walking or jogging for exercise, strolling to take in the exquisite view, searching for shells or watching the shore birds, Bowman’s Beach is a great escape.

This is a fabulous beach! White sand with incredible shells at your feet with every step. You can walk long distances and not see another person, just a variety of birds. Lovely, just lovely!

A beautiful clean shell ridden beach!! It's a must see on Sanibel. We will definitely go back. Has bath facilities that are super clean too.

All the beaches here are the same on the Gulf side of this Island. You can swim, but the water is siltier here than elsewhere, the big item is shelling, and few others.

We were just there and no see-ums. It was windy but beautiful warm sunny day. Early morning, late afternoon is when they seem to be around but we had NO problem at all. Don't let this be a trip disruption. Any bug spray... More
