My first ever visit to the gulf side of Florida was to this beach. I couldn't believe how pretty and peaceful it was. The water was pretty clear but Irma had just hit a week ago, so I feel like it was probably ever more...More

This is one of the prettiest beaches in Florida. The white sand is like refined sugar. So pristine. There are no screaming adults or kids. The water is temperate right now. It is clear and you can see the little schools of fish ho by....More

I loved this beach. Not over crowded nor isolated. Perfect for families to spread out, plenty of shells to pick up as well to take home!

I have fallen in love with Lido Key and its magnificent beaches. It is quieter and more peaceful than Siesta Key, yet has plenty to do including St. Armands Circle within walling distance (restaurants and shopping galore).

Lido Beach is more secluded and less crowded too. I liked more than Siesta Beach. My family and I chose the spot in front of the Holiday Inn and it was great!!!!

This is a very beautiful beach. Although we always stay and go to Siesta Key Beach, we always make it a point to drive over to Lido beach. We usually go to this beach at sunset and the sand is just as white and soft...More
