A wonderful venue to take your out-of-town family and friends. Theatre, museum, art galleries. C'Zan, winding paths, lush gardens on the Sarasota Bay....what more can you ask for?

A beautiful, very warm day in July on Monday was spent first down by the waterfront, enjoying the wonderful breeze. The grounds loo,ed beautiful, and ducking in to all the exhibits was a welcome artistic and A/C relief!

They do have free days but there are somethings you can't see unless you pay. For two adults it was about fifty bucks. I have to say its a great way to spend the day. Well worth the money paid.

There is a fee to enter the grounds. You can get a single day pass or a multi day pass

It all depends on what kind of museum goer you are. Some people will breeze right through it. Others will spends lots of time reading every detail. I think a good estimate would be about 30-45 minutes.
