Crescent beach is quieter and much more relaxing than Siesta Key. Water is beautiful and sunsets are amazing. Always loved Siesta Key and while it's still my favorite the crowds have made it much less enjoyable depending on when you are there.

This is where I go for a nice one night get away. Always quiet and laid back. Always find a great place to stay (usually a B&B) and fine dining.

We spent a week on the key. We stayed at a condo on Siesta Beach, visited Crescent and Turtle. Siesta was over the top beautiful but Crescent was a lot of fun as well and a lot less busy. Worth a visit!

Crescent beach is nice place just on the south end of Siesta Beach. Not as many people there. Most people stay at Siesta. Crescent feels more like a private beach. There is a lot of condos there, which have their own chair and umbrellas on...More

The promising title "#1 beach in USA" is no exaggeration! We did not doubt this for a minute. Really nice beach for those long beach walks. Even with a lot of sun the sand does never get hot and is a hard surface for walking....More

Crescent Beach is a amazing beach located on Siesta Key. Great sand ( cool to the touch ), amazing views combined with a variety of wildlife ( dolphins ) makes this beach a must visit. Jolly Chriss.

Siesta Key and Crescent Beach is our favorite place to be. Relaxful, uncrowded, clean white sand and surf! No better place!

My family had a wonderful time at the beach. It was super clean and not overly crowded. We plan to visit again next year!

Jamie B is correct. I've always used the access at the end of Point of Rocks Rd.; I think there may be other access points along Midnight Pass Rd.

You could walk for quite a bit along the beach and after a sharp right turn you are nearly there

Best shells and largest selection is at Point of Rocks! Wear water shoes and take a shovel or rake to poke into tidal pools. I always walk across the Sea Wall to find the best Treasures. Much easier at Low Tide to walk... More
