Beautiful park with boat launch, hiking , and Day park-picnic. RV sights are close together and some present a challenge for larger rigs otherwise provides a lot of natural habitat for enjoying Florida. No shopping in the local community so come stocked up with food-supplies.

While you lay in a chair under a shade tree with the sun above,You find true peace! This park has trails and water. The staff treat like family and it feels like home. Everyone that visits is awed by the piebald deer and squirrel 's . Would I visit again in a heart beat! I wish they let us stay... More

My wife & I camped here in our RV while here on the coast. We wanted to visit the Wakulla Springs in the area. Also found several good eating places nearby. One that isn't in the Trip Advisor for review is in Crawfordville, FL, Cuban Mojo, makes their own bread and has the best Cuban Sandwich I have ever had.... More

The park has a well keep campground, with birds and wildlife. They have a rental facility for canoes. You can fish or walk the trail.

I have stayed at this campground twice. Once with my boyfriend and once with my family. Its a very small. secluded, lovely spot to relax and get away. The white squirrels were out in droves during our second stay, it was a hit with everyone. We stayed at site 14, which allows hammocks. I am not sure the other sites... More

This is a great place to stop and take it all in. Maybe you could get a glimpse of the elusive White Squirrel. We stop here when we go to Florida. Stop in and see the beauty.

What a lovely park. The rangers are very helpful and full of info about the park and the wildlife. The camp sites are large and very private. The showers are clean with lots of hot water. But they are not heated in the winter which makes for a cold after shower redress! The camp host was a bit of a... More
