I'm not much of a biker. But even I was once dragged (sort of) on a bike to do the entire distance between Tallahassee and St. Marks. When I did that, Posey's Oyster House was still at St. Marks and my friends weren't afraid to...More

What a great trail for biking. It's a very flat and wide paved trail. What was going to be a short ride turned into a 20 mile ride. Lots of stops along the way with benches water fountains and restrooms. Look forward to returning

This is a Rail to Trail bike route---NO cars! Bathrooms along route. Almost flat, shady. Great experience!

We rode to St Marks, had lunch, and then returned. Seemed to be a lot of shade on most of the the trail. It is flat and conducive to an easy ride, walk, etc. There are several trail heads so you can start and finish...More

If you want a shaded and flat place for a long run, this is your place. It is paved and crosses traffic only a very few times and on very small roads. It is quiet and yet has a consistent flow of bicyclists, runners, etc.

This trail goes all the way to the edge of the coast at St. Marks. Beautiful biking. Terrific off road trail, Munson Hills, that is a favorite of mine. Just technical enough to have some fun without needing full on bike chops to survive it.

My husband and I rode our bicycles from Tallahassee to St. Marks and the gulf, about 16 miles. It was so very lush and beautiful. There was not many other bikers nor walkers so we really felt we had it to ourselves. There is plenty...More

We have walked on this trail many times in the Woodville area. We love it. We have allowed the children to use their scooters also. It is very popular with bikers. We see both young and old folks on the trail. It is always kept...More

Good trail for exercise. Scenery is average. Good parking and clean restrooms at the north trailhead. We may be spoiled by the superior bike trail systems in Minnesota.

This very long blacktop trail stretches along the southbound side of the road leading from South Tallahassee toward Crawfordville. It's wooded along the right hand side most of the way, and sticks close to the highway on the left. I do recommend traveling in groups...More

I'm sorry but don't know that. We stayed at a wonderful studio on AirBnB.
We're going to visit in July of this year while our son is at a track camp at FSU. Are there bikes to rent close by?

We had our own bikes so we didn't rent but there are lots of bike shops (it is a big university town) so you can look on line and find someone to rent from. We did not see one right at the trail head.
