We love going here. In fact, we plan to go back this weekend. We've seen alligators, deer and other small wildlife. Enjoyed hiking on the trails.

I love driving this road. Quail season is facinating with all the quail flying. If you are patient, you might see a deer. Maybe a bear? Peaceful

A great place to picnic, hike, or fish. There are plenty of docks and a boat ramp as well. Dogs are allowed on leashes and there are plenty of trails as well. Limited facilities, but there are restrooms, covered tables, and grills to use.

Beautiful lake that offers some nice fishing or just a quiet, scenic spot for a nice boat ride. Popular but not overly busy .

Talquin changes lives... Depressed? Angry? Try Lake Talquin today. There's nothing like being in the middle of nowhere picking windflowers.

Yes. There are alligators and venomous snakes. I guess you should decide if you want to bring kids. depends how much you like them, I guess.

Not that I know of. Pretty much a rural area.
