I love to come to the preserve to see what kind of wildlife we can spot and to get a good walk in. My son loves to go as well and we can make a great trip out of it.

We went here right after the park had opened a Sunday morning, there where just a couple of other cars at the parking lot when we unloaded our backpack and camera. The two boys where a bit mixed excited-nervous of the possibility to spot a gator. We first explored the area around the boat ramp before we hit the trail,... More

Very tranquil and naturally beautiful. Wooded water area. If lucky you'll see some wildlife. No pets.

Walking paths, throughout the grounds, make for a very relaxing walk, and time to commune with nature. IT is a hidden gem in the city, but gives good viibes when you commune with mother nature.

This is a very small area, that wild life gets so little room for birds and reptiles to make it their home. I am so sickened by the way they are building all around this wetland very little protection for the wildlife. Its very pretty , It is on Northlake Blvd and its very busy with cars going by. I... A nature preserve that serves as a water source for West Palm Beach is a surprisingly nearby peek at an unspoiled land. Long walks over elevated boardwalks are full of interest as you spy the reptiles and birds in a natural setting. Canoeing is possible as are guided tours.

Took family here one recent morning. The four year old wasn't too excited about it. The seven year old liked the boardwalk and the different things to see. I have been here and have seen few animals and at other times I have seen several, from snail kites to roseate spoonbills and alligators. Good for the nature lover. And it... More
