Lovely beach but it is a little treacherous due to the rocks and waves. The far side of the beach was much calmer and ideal for families.

A quick ride from the dock...the trip there is fun and the sighs are incredibly lush, and primitive...the beach and the bay view worth the trip.

There is Smiling Harrys along the road, but we went to the Beach Bum Shack overlooking the bay a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely excellent. Can recommend the grilled chicken strips.

Hi, Our family of four is planning a trip to Antigua in December. Can someone give me tips about accomodation in and around half moon bay or elsewhere on the island? We are with two boys- 10 and 12 who want to swim, snorkel, boogie board, and sail. Thanks
