On the far-eastern coast, you'll find coral reefs in water so shallow that you can actually walk out to them. Along the beach are the Long Bay Hotel and the rambling Allegro Resort Pineapple Beach.

Long Bay is fine, the sand is nice and you can actually see some fishes if you snorkel. But there are too many other guests. The first time we were there people put out huge loudspeakers and drowned us with music. Not our favourite beach.

Warm are all the beaches in Antigua. There are 365 beaches in Antigus and they are all very beautiful, not sure which one I could pick as the best enjoy

Amazing beach with powder sand n snorkeling. $32 each way taxi from cruise port, takes 30 min to get there. Shawn was great driver, didn't take money til picked us back up! Beach patrol present but not sure if legit, didn't feel secure enough to leave belongings. $20 for chairs n umbrella. Best snorkel spot, shallow n no waves!

We stayed at the Verandah Resort and Spa for a week in January. This all inclusive resort has two beaches which are beautiful in their own right, but when we say Long Bay Beach there was no comparison! It was virtually right outside our hotel grounds, 5 bucks for a lounge chair and the most gorgeous natural beach with great... More

Went for the day during a cruise. Cannot begin to say how beautiful the beach is. The sand is crushed shells, the water such a beautiful turquoise. Some waves, but not bad. Has a cute bar/food place and restrooms. You have to pay for chairs and umbrellas, but the standard 20.00 for umbrella and two chairs. Well worth it. Would... More

The water is very nice. It wasn't an empty beach, but not crowded either. There's a place to eat there and about 15 minutes to drive from Stingray City.

A great public beach. Has a few local traders on with a couple of bars as well. One end of the beach has pineapple beach club located on it but you can still walk in front of the property if you wish. There's a few interesting little reefs with lots of interesting little and not so little fish to feed.... More

A lovely beach with water as clear and still as a pool. Beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent. Beach bar with rum punch and excellent local fish. There's a bathroom at the bar but they charge you if you aren't a customer. I heard that boats from cruise ships drop loads of people off sometimes making the beach very... More

No apparent place to change into swim clothes. No public restrooms. Restaurant/shack on the beach had a washroom for customers to use. Staff were not very friendly or responsive, even when we tried to give them our business. Otherwise a beautiful beach. We were there on a windy day, so the snorkeling wasn't good, but the reef did break the... More
