We hiked here on vacation; the trails need some work and the trail maps are not to scale. We hiked the Long Branch trail with our 5 year old son which is marked at less than a mile but turned out to be almost 3...More

Beautiful views, easy trail. Restrooms. Honor system pay to enter. A slight detour off US 41 and you will discover a well kept secret. After a short hike you get to view the white water of the Suwannee.

Beautiful place. And easy to get to - right off of I-75. Scenic water views and spectacular woods, foliage, plantings, etc... Cute town as well. Close to Bienville Plantation.

We had a wonderful hike today. No sounds of civilization, just pure nature. We saw a lot of brushfoot, hairstreak, and swallowtail butterflies. My son is 8, he was able to complete the almost 3 mile hike with no issues. Plenty of views of the...More

We took the trail to see the rapids. It was a well maintained trail and the viewing platform to see the rapids was nice. The only recommendation I would like to make is that there should be a couple of places along the trail to...More

We hiked to the shoals and drove around a bit. It was well maintained. There are a variety of trail types and spots to access the river. Picnic areas and restrooms.
