One of the best state parks! It has everything...good hiking, lake, beach, mini-golf, and more. They usually have some type of activity going on! They have great cabins and camping also!

We hike here often. We enjoy the trails and location. Very peaceful. The trails are well marked. The staff at the offices are very informative and friendly. Beautiful views of the surrounding water and woods.

no, its a state park, but cartersville is about 5 min. away and has plenty

Yes, but you need to check how close those area's are to the hiking trails, I know they are close to the lake area's.

There is one trail behind the visitor center that should fit the RV. But all the other parking lots are full. Keep in mine there is a very small, narrow bridge you have to cross. Look into hiking vineyard or cooper... More
