We took the family here and this is a place to enjoy the outdoors. There are multiple paths of varying lengths. We brought a picnic lunch which is what I would recommend. Pets are welcome and we brought our dog on a lead. There are...More

We ended up in the platform sites because the rest of the park was already booked. There are 6 platforms, with a flat bottom, 2 sides, and an angled roof with a tin cover. The platforms are off the ground and dry. These platforms should...More

Very nice park for the kids and adults. we say the name of the park on a map and just drove to it. Nice trails, A little interesting history about the trail to the tower and plenty of activities for the whole family.

This truly is a great park for everyone. Spent a few hours there with the family we were able to see the lake, waterfall, and the tower. Trails for all levels. I'd suggest taking a picnic lunch and enjoying your day!

We had so much fun! We took a picnic lunch and then the kidos had a blast on the playground. The bathrooms were a bit rough but not horrendous. They were within the expected parameters for a state park. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Because cell coverage is weak to non-existent, and that's a good thing!!!! You may go through cell and web withdrawal, but the cable service at the campsites can ease the symptoms. The campground is one of the best State Parks we've stayed at. Sites are...More

From what I understand, you can't reserve specific spots. I would suggest trying to camp near the lake.
