I live 5 mins from this place and take my kids and the dog running 3 times a week there. I love the trail and the kids love the play ground. 2.1 miles of fun!

Beautiful campground and clean facilities. Didn't get to do much but looks like they offer alot to do around campground. From the beach area, falls and ziplines. Lots to do and many options from camping to hotel stay.

We were in this park because of the falls. It was nice with signs to tell you where to go. They ask you to pay to get in this park by putting money in a envelope .

The campground provides a very nice place to camp while visiting Helen. Easy drive to the cute Alpine town while still experiencing a "rustic" feel while camping. Nice trails and beach. Campground also has a Visitor Center nearby and a small laundry room. The campground is kept up nicely by the workampers on site. Water and electric hookups are available... More

Have been to Helen many times over the years and have visited this park on a few. Over the years, they've really added some great features that, if I still had young children or grandchildren, I would love to take here. They have a beach, paddleboats, ziplining, cabins, walking trails, etc. Since we don't have young ones, the wife and... More

This was our first time camping and we absolutely loved it. We stayed at the walk in tents ($35/night) where you park and walk up a little trail to different campsites. Each campsite has enough room for two 4 person tents (limit is 6 people per campsite) , picnic table, fire ring. The bathrooms are very close as well as... More

Really enjoyed our stay at this campground. It was difficult to get into (we were on a waiting list) and we now see why. Bathrooms could use some serious updating. Enjoyed walking the trails, but trail markings could be better. One trail takes you by the tennis courts, which now seem to be defunct. This was a bit of an... More

It's a great park with many outdoor activities for family and group. There are hiking trails, water activity over lake and zip line facility. In my opinion, the zip line is a must-do especially as a group. The guides were very friendly and great sense of humor. It's a ride that you enjoy the natural view, zip line fun and... More

In the mountains, in the woods, gushing sounds and sights of water falls bouncing off off the mountainside is priceless. If you have a need to relieve stress, relax and experience nature at its finest, treat yourself to this relaxing experience. I assure you that you will enjoy peaceful serenity.

We drove through on our way to Anna Ruby Falls, and went back for lunch at the visitors center. The camping looks great, maybe next time. The staff was nice and courteous, the bathrooms needed major attention. Lake access isn't great, only one area to launch the paddleboards or boat, and it's not easily accessed. Overall a nice spot to... More
