So glad we came across this little piece of history. Unfortunately, vandals have covered the interior walls with graffiti. Some community minded group should do a service day and clean it up the best they can. There are so few of these glimpses into our past....More

Was hoping for some nice pictures at an historical covered bridge. Found a graffiti-encased wooden structure that was not worthy of trying to preserve it in a picture.

Worth the short drive from Helen to see this bit of history. It is a shame that the bridge was vandalized with graffiti. It make me sick to see the vandalism.

My wife loves covered bridges so we seek them while on vacations. This is a small bridge that has suffered graffiti over the years but deserves a little love and worth the short drive from Helen.

So sad to see all the graffiti on this cute little piece of history. Would be a beautiful place for photos if it could be cleaned up. It's right on the river.

Nice to see but the graffiti takes away a lot of the beauty. Some people want to damage everything. A little off the beaten path but nice to see.

Very sad that people have no respect for someone's property than they do... a great historic landmark... lives up to the old saying...."fools names like fools faces, always seen in public places" ....

This bridge was built in the 1890's. Anything built that long ago and still standing is worth a stop.

Graffiti. Graffiti. Graffiti. People are ridiculous and don't know how to just leave something alone. The stop was nice and the water under the bridge is nice and relaxing but....graffiti. You can manage to angle the camera in a way that allows a good picture...More

We stopped by the bridge on the way back to our cabin from Helen. Takes 5 minutes, and adds a little history to your visit. And there is a pretty creek underneath.

Might do more harm than good! Better suggestion: Everyone grow up and be less self centered. It is not all about you!
