We enjoyed our visit to the museum. I think it was better suited for teenagers and up. Of course the younger kids liked the guns and huge spot light but that was it. It was a nice walk from the beginning of Ft. Stewart known...More

Very impressive camp vs European standards. Very good facilities. Very well maintained. All you need is on base.

Was invited to a military wedding at ft Stewart club was a nice venue, since I am retired military I also visit the commissary and the PX. Nothing but good things about my military families base

We went to Savannah for more recreation, however, Ft Stewart did have some local eateries in the area that were good.

24th Infantry is not located at Fort Stewart.

I do not think they are there anymore. There are some old units from the 24th INF but most were reflagged or deactivated during the 90's

Yes you can. Just head over to the visitor center to get gate and installation access. Just make sure everyone over the age of 16 has a valid picture ID.
