We played this course and although the layout is very nice the condition was horrible. The fairways were so dry with no grass at all in places. On some of the tees it was impossible to put a tee in the ground it was so hard. Definitely room for improvement. Also the proshop had all the welcome of a funeral... More

Great place to golf and have a great meal. Friendly staff in the pro shop and the dining room. Jeff, Corey provide advice and great service in the pro shop while Willie and Tina prepare quick meals that will require you stick around for great conversation. Strongly recommended!

I've been playing spivey off and on for over 30 years. For the most part I've played in in a regular group, but I've played in lauderdale tournaments and have been matched with other players when I didn't have a full group. I've been matched up with white, black and asian players and have never had a problem. To say... More

We love this course! The course is well kept and the greens are always in great shape. We frequent this course often (especially when it's $1 day). The staff is friendly and we've never had an issue. One of our favorite courses in GA.

The fairways were very dry. Almost like playing on dried red clay. However, the greens were all in excellent shape. I also enjoyed the hazards and level of difficulty. Now on to the staff: Although the young gentleman in the clubhouse checking us in was quite pleasant and nice, there was an older gentleman that was rather unprofessional and rude... More

Lake Spivey Golf Club is here to serve all people. We have been in business with the same ownership for 30 years. We strive to treat all customers the same no matter of their background. Golf should be fun. If it isn't, you shouldn't play. It seems to be a chore to play this course. The grounds are well kept and the greens are kept up nicely. Most courses have a hole or two you really look forward to. I've played here three times and each time has been progressively worse as it lacks any... More

im a weekend golfer, love the game, love a great place to play. Lake Spivey golf club is home to the best holes to play in the south. Alot of water in play, sort of a tuff course. But the need to fire EVERYONE WORKING THERE, maybe exception of the cart boys. Its Saturday 11 pm, just played there today,... More

Lake Spivey Golf Club tries to provide the best customer service to each group. This group was out of position by 20 minutes after the first hole. We were making sure that the other people on the golf course would not play a 5 hour plus round. We inform our golfers that we would like everyone to play an enjoyable... More

The course is in great shape; I visited the course four weeks in row on Saturdays and by-passed my current cannon gate home course to play there. This is the only good thing I can say about Lake Spivey. I was very upset with the staff who constantly told our group to speed up when no one was behind or... More
