We attended a concert here. The building is beautiful. This was a school auditorium. The seats are not real comfortable but ok if there is an intermission. The concert was very nice. The restroom facilities could be expanded but was workable with a short line. The grounds and building are very well kept as all buildings in Madison are. This... More

This 1895 public school that housed K-7th grade was one of the first of its kind in the South. The school itself is beautiful, and the classrooms have been wonderfully maintained. It is now a museum and multi-use facility, with beautifully displayed exhibits highlighting Madison and her history. One of the students who attended this school wound up in Hollywood.....Oliver... This is the center of all social activity in Madison. It is a history museum of this area, an art museum and a performing arts museum. The auditorium in this building is original and not to be missed.

The cultural center is a very interesting to tour. Loads of information and history. Classrooms are interesting as were those who attended (the classes) in years past. The theater is great and we have enjoyed attending concerts in the last year. We have attended often in the last year.

We attended a beautiful 50th wedding anniversary in the Madison Morgan Cultural Center. Everything was just perfect. The hall itself is beautiful. The flowers were gorgeous. The people were lovely. We just had a wonderful time

We visited to view an art display. The building houses an auditorium, a collection of old furniture, a 1950's school room and several displays about the history of Madison. There is a gift shop.

The building was an elementary school and has been refurbished. The large auditorium and the class room bring back many memories. The history museum had many interesting artifacts. Our only disappointment was that the art gallery rooms were being renovated and we did not get to go in them. It is a self guided tour.
