Attended with my daughter and we both spent an hour there with pleasure. Nice memorabilia, few original dresses and in general very nice small museum. Highly recommend!

If you are visiting "Gone with the Wind" sites, then visit this museum. The museum does hold the original "honeymoon" dress that Vivien Leigh wore in the movie, along with foreign editions of the novel and posters for the movie. Numerous other pieces of memorabilia...More

It may not be large, like others have said. But we had a Groupon for 2 that was a nice deal to get in. And it was really very interesting. We stopped to read many of the articles. I like that they honor the original...More

Even though it was only $6 - $7 admission, it just wasn't worth it. They only had a few original items from the movie. Everything else was posters, dolls, etc and reproduction items. I was expecting so much more and left there feeling like I'd...More

if you leave an hour and a 1/2 you should be fine. much of the tour is pictures and newspaper items as well as artifacts, so its at your own pace depending on your level of interest. i read most of the articles and really... More
I have a Gone with the Wind 41" by 27" Gone with the Wind picture. It is a very nice picture in a very beautiful frame. It was got from an antique shop for me as a gift but I was trying to sale it. It was listed there for $400 I was trying to sale it. I was wondering if yall could either had someone there who could tell me what it is worth or knew where I could take it to Have someone look at it and tell me what it is worth. I also was wondering if yall bought stuff like this at your location or once again if you knew someone I could get in contact with about trying to sale it. I have been looking online but have not really had much luck. It is 41" by 27" very pretty frame. It is still 100% like new condition still. It has been in my closet since it was given to me. I love the movie and picture but it is just to big for me to put out. This picture is the picture that is hanging over the fireplace in there home in Atlanta, her in the blue dress with the white lace rap on. My name is Victoria Higginbotham and any information you might be able to give me to help figure out what it is worth or how to find someone who might buy it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time. You could also email me at victoriah012384@yahoo or contact me by at 770 990-6300.
