This is one of the busiest parks we've seen outside of the crowds on the trails in Utah's Zion National park. It was a beautiful day on a holiday weekend, thus the perhaps larger than expected crowds. We hiked the loop trail as well as...More

We rented cabin 15 over the labor day weekend and it had some updates like newer appliances and a flat panel TV, but only one bathroom for 4 adults was a bit of a challenge at times, but the worst thing was the placement of...More

Cloudland is my go-to place to hike, and not only because I live in the vicinity. Many miles of trails, some of which are also used by mountain bikers and/or horses. The best trails are located away from the main park area at either the...More

I spent 3 nights camping in one of the walk-in campsites and enjoyed everything the park had to offer. The views along the canyon rim are breathtaking, and the hiking trails around the canyon provide access to even more scenery. My girlfriend and I arrived...More

Spent two nights at a walkin tent site. We arrived after the office had shut down, but they left clear instructions. Campsites were great! Spacious. The showers were small, but the water pressure and temp were really good. Exceptional for a camp. We did some...More

We went there in a Saturday afternoon and loved it. Well designed and safe trails, easy to park, cheap, lovely nature.

I was making arrangements for a group and both times I spoke with the people running the camp, they were unhelpful. I'll recommend a different campground next time the group plans a trip. Customer service is key.

A beautiful, well maintained park filled with camp sites, cabins and magnificent trails adorned with crashing falls and rustling streams. The hikes can be steep, an average fitness level is suggested for the inclines and surfaces.

Awesome little park. Gorgeous views from the lookout point. Has 2 waterfalls. Be warned if you go view Hemlock falls it is a very steep stairs going down so you can imagine the walk back up. You can view the falls from an observation deck...More

We stopped by briefly on the way to TN to go whitewater rafting. Unfortunately, we were short on time and could only stay a little while. We walked to the main overlook and it was just beautiful. I can't imagine how it would look in...More

It depends on how old the kids are. I honestly think you can do it having done both Ruby Falls and Amicalola. There are two waterfalls and different trails. In my opinion, there are stairs but it's much easier than Amicalola... More

I would call the state park. We saw what we thought were the walk-in sites and they looked really close to the parking but I wouldn't want to mislead you.
