The Roswell Manufacturing Company established a mill on the banks of Vickery Creek. The mill went through many changes and additions over the years. The earliest dam and mill dates to 1839 with little evidence left of its existence. The larger 1853 mill foundations and...More

There are a few nice nature spots in the Roswell area that go by different names but meet up at varying point. For example, I've hiked the Vickery Creek Trail and wound up at Old Mill Park. Cross the covered bridge to access numerous trails...More

Great place for a hike along the water. You can experience nature and be back in Roswell Square for refreshments just minutes later.

Covered bridge is totally restored (looks new), so nothing special there. 3 signs offer some history, but overall that part of the park is 3 stars (at best) and not worth the visit. But if you want to hike, the trails here are great. It...More

There is a longer trek and a shorter. We took the shorter and it was like 5-7 minutes from the parking lot. I have no idea about the longer trek. There were a few picnic tables scattered. We had great fun!
