This was actually a lot more fun then I was anticipating! I am not a huge history buff but I found this fascinating. This is not a typical mountain - it is a huge open rock of a mountain. You have to see it to...More

Best for files with young children but my tees had great time. Get there when it opens and do ropes course first before long lines. Definitely come back at night for laser show

We took a side trip to Stone Mountain. It's one of the largest "exposure of granite" according to the guide who was on the sky lift ride to the top. It's impressive since, like an iceberg, you only see the 1000 ft top, not the...More

We drove through the park just to see it as we were visiting Atlanta for a weekend. Stopped at the visitors center. Neat place to see.

The sky ride is cool and the view from the top is even better. The park is very nice for kids and the laser show is worth the wait until 9:30 pm. Parking is easy and the traffic flow after the laser show is smooth.

Me and my husband planning to visit Stone Mountain next. So need to know, 1. How much time it will take? 2. Can we do laser show one day and adventure pass other day? Thanks

I think two days to do all the trails and the park would be a good plan. I didn't stay for the laser show so I am not sure about that.

How much are the individual attractions? For example, how much to ride the Skylift? (All I could see are these package-deal tickets which I'm not always a fan of.)
