The lake definitely is small, but it is worth at least a half-day to spend time in the water, on a lake. cruise, or just laying out at the beach.

This is a huge lake. It is ringed with amazing houses. If you can rent a boat and go into some of the inlets to see these huge second homes of the rich and famous.

There are no adjectives to describe the beauty of this lake. It is surrounded by steep hills covered with pine trees. This is a great place to hike, boat, jet ski, parasail, or any other water activity you can think of doing.

the lake is always wonderful to visit; sometimes it can be busy, but I've never had an issue lovely to go for walks or simply just hang out.

Nice beaches! Plenty of parking. We brought our bikes and rode the centennial trail along the water's edge. What a wonderful town with shopping and restaurants all close the beach.

Taking the 90 minute lake cruise on a gorgeous hot sunny day was a definite highlight. The cruise has a guide who provides commentary about the lake throughout the trip

Boat takes you on a circular ride around the top of the lake. You get really close to some beautiful homes, a golf course, and 2 resorts. Narrator is informative and humorous.

This place is beautiful. Looks a lot like a Swiss town on a lake. Lots of small shops, eateries and things to see. Recommend the lake dinner cruise, they cook a whole salmon and usually carve a roast beef, all for about $50 per person....More

I have traveled to many places but this lake was one of the best. Extremely picturesque even with their recent drought. I stayed at the resort which I highly recommend. I would love to come back and buy a lake house here!

One of the best place we stayed at. Overwhelming lake. No traffic jams, friendly people and nice variety of hotels and restaurants. Lots of recreation, parks and riverwalks.
