The wilderness area is stunning. We spent 4 days hiking, camping, fishing in alpine lakes, and climbing. It was,a treat to spent time in an area that has not been altered by humans.

Had a great time camping, exploring, and hiking around the Sawtooth National Recreation Area and Wilderness Area. It's easy to find peace and solitude.

If you are visiting Idaho, I would highly recommend driving up to Stanley to see the Sawtooth Mountains. Truly amazing. Who knew Idaho was so beautiful?!! Not just a potato state...lol. Was here 15 years ago and loved returning here for another visit

Idaho has exquisite wildnerness if nothing else. I highly recommend a drive through if you love nature. But i wouldn't want to live there it is really lacking in culture

We love to take walks. Lots of wildlife, flowers, and streams. Not too many people unless it is a holiday.
