I moved back to Moscow after a near 20 year absence and was recently living in Washington D.C. I became accustomed to a significant level of knowledge and customer service at my bike shop and the people at Paradise Creek Cycles met and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Paradise hooked it up!!! I didn't even buy my new Cannonade Habit from the shop, but they treated me like royalty. Super cool guys in the shop... very knowledgable... and they got me all set up. This is my first mountain bike but I'm no novice. Ive ridden some of the classic trails in Crested Butte, Salida, Durango. They built... More

I had my bicycle stolen in Moscow in September. TJ told me he would give me a great deal on an equivalent bike, so I went in in May accepting it was gone forever to purchase my replacement bicycle. It just so happens that Paradise is such a great bicycle shop, that the fourth person whom purchased the bike from... More

This has been my go-to bike shop since I moved to the area. I've taken my own bike here for regular tuneups and one of the employees took time out of his schedule to show me how to change a tube, at no extra charge. I recently started renting road bikes to try them out, and the staff helped me... More

We rented bikes from Paradise Creek Bicycles. We wished that they would have opened earlier than 10am, but they did a very good job getting us fitted on the right bike. The bikes worked well, although we didn't have to shift a lot on the relatively flat Latah and Chipman trails. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff. The cost to... More

Thank you for the feedback! The mechanics are typically here at 8:00AM during the rental season. If you are in town again and happen to need an earlier rental pick up, just give us a ring at 208.882.0703 so we can get help you get out earlier! More
