Great selections, we will go back to all of these restaurants. Our tour guide was informative, funny and knowledgeable about the restaurants history.

We chose the Winter Delights food tour, and though we had fun, we were hoping for more food options and more to eat. At two of the stops -the spice store and the olive oil store -we had product samples that anyone could walk in and get for free. Our guide have us a bit of history of the area.

As somebody who's lived in the suburbs practically her whole life, I thought this tour was not only a wonderful representation and idea of some of the best/different places to eat in the real city, not just on the Magnificent Mile. Further, our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. I would highly recommend this tour to anybody.

Amber was fantastic! Very friendly, super knowledgeable, and extremely prepared & organized. My husband and I went on the Winter Delights tour and had a great time. The tour opened our eyes to something different to do and places to eat outside of The Loop. It was great to visit a couple of retail specialty shops like The Spice House... More

We finished tonight with our tour. Heather was very knowledgeable and went over and beyond getting us the tastings. Her southern hospitality was apparent. Her book knowledge was superior. To be fare, I just did a food tour in Manhattan 4 days ago. Our tour guide in NY was a native of Manhattan and had passion for her city. That... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our Winter Delights tour this past weekend. The Spice store and Oldtown olive oil and vinegarette store was our favorite two stops. Our tour guide Amber was very hospitable and was the highlight of our tour. Walking short distances in the cold is a definite bonus. Highly recommend this tour!

My husband & I visit the city often and were looking for a new way to explore. Chicago Food Planet Tours was a perfect Friday night date! We did the Wicker Park "World's Fare" tour which included Lillie Q, Chop Shop, 5411 and Urban Belly. All delicious and all places we would not have found on our own.
