We have always attended Buddy Guys Legdens for Buddy's birthday in the month of January. He performs Thursday thru Sunday nights for the month of January for this event. Great blues musicians heats up the stage before Buddy comes on and the whole evening is so worth it. Buddy is a legend...just like the sign says. See ya next year!

In today’s world we here so much about racial divide, political divide, and violence in the streets of Chicago. Buddy Guy’s Legends is truly an oasis among the ciaos. I have had the pleasure of attending his shows every year during his January home stand, and there is no black, no white, no brown, no politics, there is only blue.... More

Visited Buddy Guy's Legends to hear him do a fantastic blues concert Saturday night, 1/28/2017. The man is a living legend and he will say hi to you and sign autographs after his awesome show. The food is great and the staff nice. Wonderful music paraphernalia decorates the walls. Buddy also had the legendary Bobby Rush join him on stage.... More

The club of a legend named Buddy Guy. That made me think that it has to be an awesome blues club with a great atmosphere. But unfortunately it wasn't a very good atmosphere. Maybe the club is a little bit too large, I think its extremely difficult to thrill the crowd and create a good vibe in there. I've been... More

There are plenty of reviews of the club, food etcetera, so I'm going to focus on the yearly Buddy Guy residency shows. I visited Legends on Saturday January 7th to see one of Buddy's annual shows. I have been here before, but never to see Buddy. I had heard that the club fills up soon after opening at noon on... More

very cozy location, we had a table just in front of the band, ordered some yummy food (NewOrleans style) and enjoyed fabulous life performance, the concert was in 3 parts and lots of good mood and vibes in the hall! I recommend it all the time, keep the great BLUES spirit, you rock!

We love Buddy Guy's! Have been here many times. Food is always good, service is excellent. Some awesome music. $5 gumbo and corn bread is the best late night snack around. Fun for lunch as well. Love this place!

Visited Buddy Guys as an evening's entertainment hosted by a supplier company whilst attending the RSNA Conference. Free food and booze always helps... Great music from The Brother John band, and a cameo appearance by Buddy Guy himself! Bought a CD and a t-shirt which were happily signed by the great man. All in all it was a very polished... More
