Was here for the College Frozen Four. Nothing special about this 20 year old facility. Still in very good condition considering all the events that have taken place here. Hockey sightlines are good. Concourse areas and food service are good. Clean restrooms. Interior staff was friendly. Parking provide for a fee of $24 to $29 dollars. Had an issure with... More

We were headed to little Italy when we found ourselves right in the middle of campus. Very nice and clean, talked to several students, very helpful in directing us to the small town.

My wife bought a couple of tickets for a Bulls - Pistons match for my birthday. The stadium is great and the views of the pitch are great from any point. The atmosphere was tremendous, the stadium was neat and perfectly organized.

I recently attended the Frozen Four Hockey event at the United Center in Chicago. Since I have several food sensitivities, and I know that the Center has a "no outside food" policy, I contacted them to ask if I would be able to receive permission to bypass the policy. Although that was not possible, Jon Ziskal, Director of Concessions, called... More

The United Center is OK for hockey, once you are in your seats. We sat in the first row of level 3 at the end for the recent NCAA Hockey Finals (Frozen Four). Watching the game was good. The food was terrible and produced an unpleasant smell throughout the arena. The traffic flow in the hallways made it nearly impossible... More

I came to see my beloved Bulls play at home and they didnt disappoint nor did the United Center. So many shops to choose from and the food was amazing.

Easy to get to if staying downtown. Clean, easy to get around. Vendors very pleasant. Indoor traffic flows easily. Good PA system.

Attended the NCAA Frozen Four in Chicago and we had a fabulous time in the city. Our seats in the United Center were in the 200 section, which is supposed to be a premium type area. However the seats themselves were average in quality, there were no cup holders and the arena itself lacks anything to make it unique. Same... More

We were there for the Frozen Four which means none of the beer establishments are open (NCAA rules). But the place needs some work. Pretty dirty, some seats with impeded views, pretty limited food selections particularly when you're there for over six hours. Also, one of our seats was broken which made six hour even longer. Not anxious to go... More
