For a "national museum" it is pretty small. I recommend going in October/November for their Dia de los Muertos exhibits.

This is a museum you should visit while walking around in Pilsen. Such a nice musem with free entrance. There were 3 exhibitions while we were visiting and all had great pieces of art and paintings. Probably 1hour visit is ok.
