    Great experience.
An awesome place to be at. Take the elevator up to the 94th floor and you will be greeted to great views of Downtown Chicago and the surrounding neighbourhoods. Go especially at night, the view is much prettier then. My only complaint would be that it can get a bit boring here while you wait to go up to the top. I didn't think too much about this until I also went up the Sears Tower a few days later. The Sears Tower has gone under a complete makeover where there are many photo op stations and interactive exhibits featuring the history of Chicago. If the John Hancock Center did this as well, then my review would be 5 stars. Otherwise this place is well worth the admission price to go up to the 94th floor, even though it is a bit pricey. You won't regret it.
Thank you for your review of 360 Chicago. We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience with our observation deck. Alongside the view, guests have access to our introductory exhibit which highlights Chicago's eccentric neighborhoods. We appreciate hearing your feedback and hope that you can give us another try in the future.

    Amazing views
Really enjoyed this viewing platform. Was spacious and views were phenomenal as it was a clear, sunny evening. Recommend going up 30 mims before sunset to get the view before, during and after. Tilt is ok, a bit of fun and worth doing if there.
Thank you for the nice review of 360 CHICAGO, and good advice about coming up at sunset! We hope you can join us again soon.

    Amazing views
Amazing views! We pre booked tickets as was advised it would skip the line but to be honest there was no queue to book tickets anyway. Enjoyed reading the facts on the wall as you queued for the elevators. The views are amazing! The tilt experience was ok but doesn’t last for long and in my opinion was not worthy extra money. We had a drink included too. I chose the wine and was given a large measure, do not expect the cocktails or wines to be in fancy cups. They are in a plastic cup, this did not bother us though. It was lovely to sit have a drink and soak in the lovely views of the city.

    Great views over Chicago
The weather was not great on the day of our visit so visibility was not so good. However, we were still able to see most of Chicago. When you get to the Skydeck you have only 90 seconds to spend on the glass. This includes the time it takes for the official photo. This is very short and doesn't allow for you to take your own photo's with different views.
Thanks for taking the time to write a review! However, it seems you may be confusing us with the Skydeck. Next time you're in town, visit us at the 360 Observation Deck, an observatory with unlimited time to enjoy our views!

    Amazing views!
The most amazing views! The tilt experience was great and I thought, reasonably priced! Staff were nice and queues moved fast. Only thing that stopped it being a 5 was the cost of the photos. You expect to pay a bit more at these things but I felt $30 for one print was excessive. Would definitely recommend when in Chicago!
Thanks a lot for the review of 360 CHICAGO. We really appreciate the positive feedback. Hope you can make a return visit in the near future!

Fantastic views of the city. We got some great pics and videos. You get to see the massive size of the city and Lake Michigan. It was a little eerie to look out and not be able to distinguish where water and sky meet. The two seemed to blend into each other. You won't be disappointed!

We did the admission plus Tilt. Tilt was an extra $9 per ticket and I am not sure it’s worth it. It was cool and we can say we did it but where it’s located you are just looking down onto some other buildings and nothing that’s special. It’s probably a 15 degree tilt and there are bars to hold onto which I admit I didn’t lean on the glass so you do feel that you are up 94 floors. I probably enjoyed the room with the screens open air more than tilt. Now walking around that floor looking out the glass of Chicago downtown, the suburbs, navy pier and Lake Michigan was so worth it and absolutely beautiful. You can see as far as the eye can see. Lake Michigan is impressive because it’s fresh water for miles until it and the horizon become one. It needs to be experienced just once since most can not afford to stay in a top floor apartment.

It can be found in a section of the city referred to as the “Magnificent Mile,” sometimes called the “Mag Mile” as well. it was the second-tallest building in the world upon completion in the year 1969.

it is home to some of the fastest elevators in the United States and allows visitors to reach the 95th floor from the ground level in just 38 seconds!

One of Chicago's most notable attractions is its skyline, and one of the best places to experience it is at the 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck. “360 Chicago Observation Deck.” It’s located on the 94th floor and at a height of 1,030 feet. it offers some of the most amazing views over the city of Chicago and Lake Michigan, allowing visitors to see a distance of over 80 miles (130 kilometers) and into 4 states in all directions!

Formerly known as the John Hancock Observatory, 360 CHICAGO towers 1,000 feet over The Magnificent Mile from its location on the 94th floor of the John Hancock Center (or 875 North Michigan Avenue as it is more formally known) - John Hancock

for an adrenaline rush, test out 360 CHICAGO's TILT. which gives visitors a unique view from more than 1,000 feet above the Magnificent Mile as they are tipped outward at an angle to look straight down from the glass enclosure.
Grab a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or a snack at the Sky Cloud Cafe and bar, or look for souvenirs in the gift shop.

Facts:
The project was financed by John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company which was one of the initial tenants of the building as well.
As the company financed the project, it also acquired the naming rights but it expired in 2013, but hey we still call it by old name. Its official name is ' 875 North Michigan Avenue. The tower is occupied by some of the biggest companies like Best Buy, Starbucks, and Etihad Airways.

I know that this might sell out but if you are able to buy last minute you might want to wait to buy tickets since they are non refundable. I bought tickets and then when we went, we were told due to the weather, there was 0% visibility. They showed us a picture and it was just grey, you could see nothing. They said to come back another day. However, we could not come back another day as we only had 1 that day and were leaving the next day. We live in MN so it wasn't like we could just come back easily. We went later on in the day and the visibility did improve but unless you are doing the TILT ticket, it is just an okay view. It is not an actual 360 view. Half of the Tower is a bar which they wont let you go in and the other half is TILT tickes so really you get a corner of the top of the building. I would recommend Skydeck over this unless you are doing TILT. I cannot comment on TILT since we did not do that as the line was incredibly long. This is an add on cost and does not come included with admission. For a family of 5, regular tickets was $165 and we were up there for 5 minutes so too pricey and would never do again.

Went over there to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful time with the family! The views are amazing! Wished we wouldve gone at night for an even more magical view of the city. While the Tilt ride was short, it was still worth it!

The view is amazing. You can see the entire city and it’s specially nice around sunset time. The tilt option is also nice if you do not get scared easily

Amazing breathtaking views of Chicago and Lake Michigan. I could probably sit there for hours and enjoy the view. Love that you have the option to add the Tilt experience after your purchase because it is very scary to look down and it would be a waste of money to pay for something you’re too scared to do. Like that you also have the option to go back and retake your pictures (not on Tilt). Only negative to the Sip and View is that the drinks are premade in a bottle and they don’t remind you that the glasses are souvenirs.

Having seen Chicago by boat and bicycle we wanted to see how it all fitted together from the air. 94 floors up and still buildings taller than us. The views are spectacular.

We went here as it had been recommended over Skydeck but we wouldn’t recommend it. We did the observation deck and Tilt package. Tilt is a complete waste of time and money and as for the observation deck, part of it was closed off, only one of the information screens seemed to be working and many of the windows were filthy making it really difficult to take photos!
