If you want to go a liberal production where Social Justice, “just wages”, and pains are made to include every race under the sun, then this is the show for you. Dickens wrote A Christmas Carol 174 years ago, and his story of social justice...More

If you’ve never been to the Goodman Theater (a true gem of a theater), go see Christmas Carol there. It’s an intimate theater and not a bad seat in the house. This was our second time seeing it and was just as good, if not...More

We took a group of 40+ kids to see A Christmas Carol. They absolutely loved it. The theater is beautiful and the actors were amazing. Snacks and drinks were cheap enough and easy to get to. I hope to see many more shows here!

We loved the performance but were a little surprised by the reuse of actors throughout the play. We were also shocked by the casual dress of the crowd. We come from a smaller city in Texas and our theater is more formal.

Serious Latino Chicago tales, that concentrate on Cuban, Puerto Rican and Colombian immigrants from the 1960s. The stories were historical and the music enjoyable. I personally would have liked the show to have had more music and a little less drama. However, I really enjoyed...More

The theater is one of the treasures of Chicago, and puts on wonderful performances. Recently visited to see "Ah, Wilderness" and enjoyed it immensely.

I recently saw 'Ah, Wilderness!' here and it was fantastic. Beyond the performance, the venue was so intimate compared to other Chicago theaters I have been in. I honestly don't believe there is a bad seat in the house and even though I was in...More
