This is a must-stop every time I come to Chicago. It is seven floors and each floor has about a half a dozen shops. There is a also a small food court on the bottom level. I also head up to floor 7 for Garrett's popcorn!

The tower was most beautiful, visited about 15 stores within the tower then I had the comfort of sitting and having a wonderful and healthy meal with friends. It's my first time visiting, first time visiting Chicago, and I recommend this to anyone interested in traveling to this side.

What a fun store to feel like a kid again....amid the hustle and bustle of Christmas shoppers the staff are very kind and helpful to get that special gift for you or a loved one. LOVE this place.

The mall is very beautiful and very busy. Always hot in there so you'll need to take your coat off. The Lego store has tons to choose from including a large selection of individual pieces you can put in a small or large container. Bathrooms are scarce and usually have a long line. Not big shoppers so we don't stay... More

The Water Tower Place is a huge mall with many businesses and a great food court. You can spend here some time, especially during winter days when outside temperature is extremely cold. Right in Chicago downtown you can't skip it.

The Water Tower Place is 7 floors chocked full of stores. There was everything from Victoria's Secret, to Bath and Body Works, to Sephora. The shopping is never a let down here and there are even some good places to grab a snack; however, I think there should be a star bucks on the 5th floor too!

... is not easy on a busy holiday season. The mall was absolutely packed on Saturday, it was a mad shopping frenzy, thousands of shoppers trying to find the best buy and the best deal, huge holiday discounts at different shops, though. Sales assistants at Macy's were very well organized, polite, patient and helpful, the fitting rooms were a bit... More

It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale.
