While on a weekend getaway in Chicago, my friend and I decided to check out the Arts. We attended a show, The Sensational Sixties and sensational it was!! Very talented artist. From the beginning to the end the music and the attire made you feel as if you were grooving to such artists as; Smokey Robinson, Gladys Knights and the... More

Great musical reviews! Accomplished and amazingly talented casts. A real insight into what makes Chicago theater what it is. Not the usual stop for tourists, but it should be. And near several interesting neighborhoods with great restaurants.

I volunteer usher thru another Chicago organization. I have worked here a half dozen times. This is the most welcoming and appreciative of venues -- I feel like they value my service. The patrons all act like family members, so happy to see each other and catch up with one another. Even with my sporadic attendance, the staff remember my... More

We enjoyed the excellent show Men of Soul. The singing was incredible. I loved that the show incorporated a brief story regarding each artist. Looking forward to the Women of Soul.

Just saw Men of Soul. An excellent production! The cast was outstanding!!! The storyline is very loosely held together, but who cares; it's about men of soul. The choice of music, entertainers, and actors will knock your socks off. It's pretty hard to sit still, much less stay in your seat! The actors have incredible voices, stage presence and energy.... This original production incorporates the music of girls groups over 40 years with the setting of a family gathering for their matriarchs funeral. This could be tricky to pull off, but I found the story and characters believable and sympathetic. Some may find the number of plot twists excessive, but there was enough enjoyable music and humor to make this... More

'Sounds So Sweet' had us laughing and tapping our feet the whole night and Leslie was an incredible host. Go to the Italian place on the corner a block south of the theatre and mention you're going to the show after for a discount on your food!
