Went to Harry Carry's for lunch. Decided to check out the attached sports museum (free if you spend $ at the restaurant). Very cool place that was not busy. My 11 year old enjoyed all the interactive exhibits. A good place to spend an hour or so on a cold, rainy afternoon while others are shopping.

Cool little museum for the true Chicago sports fan. Fun interactive things to do for all ages. I loved seeing the 2016 Cubs memorabilia. Spent about one hour here, thats all you need on a quiet day. Free entry when you eat at Harry Careys restaurant right next door. Otherwise I think the entrance is $6.00, which isnt going to... More

Not really fan of American sports but at six dollars I was willing to try it. Small but interactive. Lots of sports to try in virtual games. Quiet and not crowded. Worth a trip if you are near water tower place.

But there were several things out of order. Visited on a Monday afternoon with no crowd and no wait. Lots of interactive exhibits. And free admission with purchase at Harry Carey's next door. Good stop for the sports fan.

We stumbled upon the sports museum while shopping at water tower place. If you have a sports fan in your family they will love this place. The interactive football, basketball, hockey and baseball games are a must, test your skills against the best! Lots of interesting memorabilia and interactive exhibits. Great value for money!

Fun fur kids and cool history but needs some maintenance (driving game didn't work, Harry Carry broadcast booth TelePrompTer didn't work, etc). Lots of interactive displays where the whole family can get involved. Marketing could be better as we stumbled upon it accidentally.

Located on the 7th Floor of the Water Tower Shopping Mall inside Harry Caray's restaurant, this is a win-win for the family! Shopping at the mall, food, inexpensive entry (can be applied towards food at HC's restaurant, interactive games in the museum, and fun sports trivia!

Great museum for any sports fan. Great interactive items for the public to play with. Play the home run Derby or try to be a hockey keeper. Great memorabilia for all of Chicago sports and great value for money

We went with our daughter, son in law and grandsons aged 6 and 9 and had a great time. Lots of interactive games to match your skill on electronic screen e.g. Shooting basketballs. $6 entry for adults or kids over the age of 3 and $3 of seniors. Would definitely go again - kids didn't want to leave, we were... More

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
