While the theatre is perfect in acoustic and sight lines, the performance was excellent including the cast and the script.

This is a review only of the venue and the staff not of a particular play. This is a well designed theater. The view from pretty much all the seats is stellar. There is a parking garage next door which is very conveniet for self...More

We go to Steppenwolf at least a half dozen times a year. We like to support local and try to choose a variety of shows. This theater has that. The cast is superb. Truly dynamic. For a while, there were a lot of very “heavy”...More

We're see several shows here each season and "The Rembrandt" is one of the best we've seen here, or anywhere. John Mahoney was fantastic, as were the others in the cast. Loved it!

I was not crazy about the play I saw, but the professionalism of the cast was obvious. This performance was not in the main theater, but in a neighboring space behind the Front Bar. This is small...maybe 150 person seating area. The play was Barbeque.

I used to subscribe, but now prefer to choose a couple of plays per season. The plays tend to be intense, so the subscription became--what can I say--intense. The cast is unsurpassed, of course!! The recent loss of Martha Lavey will undoubtedly have its effect,...More
