Went here on a date to see Spamilton. Very nice venue with bar inside. Not a bad seat in the house. The production was excellent and really makes sense if you have seen Hamilton first. An excellent evening all around!

Attended this with two friends on a recent trip to Chicago. The three of us had seen Hamilton last year on a trip to NYC so on a lark decided to see this show at the last minute. We knew nothing about the show except the name. We went with no grand expectations, just thought it might be fun. We... More

The singing is as good as I have seen on Broadway. I recommend this show without qualification. Lots of inside jokes about Broadway. If you are a fan of musicals there are tons of references that will keep you laughing. The Liza impersonator is spot on. The man who sings the Lin Manuel Miranda role has better range than the... We saw Spamilton and thought it was hysterical, entertaining, and the actors were extremely talented! It didn't feel mean spirited at all and the whole thing was done really well. I would recommend it to anyone who knows anything about Hamilton. If you don't know about Hamilton, you won't get it/think it's funny. This was honestly almost as entertaining as... More

One man (nun actually) performance and it was just like my grade school classroom at St. Columba in Louisville, Ky.! Sister was so funny, authentic and informative to boot. If you attended a Catholic school growing up you will enjoy this show. If your spouse or significant other did not, they will not get it. (Remember those pagen babies?)

So fun! Our teen was very skeptical that she would like this show but she was pleasantly surprised. My husband got in "trouble" and my daughter sang for the audience. The prizes must have come from Catholic thrift shops and some Catholic version of Oriental Trading. You don't have to be Catholic to have fun here.

Interesting mix of theatre - science- and magic. Ricardo is both a pediatrician and magician. the stage is a nice transformation of a study with multiple props that become a part of the show. Most of the tricks are of the mind reading sort using members of the audience and most are interesting and border on fascinating. He is a... More

I've been reading the reviews for Christmas Bingo and the Regular Bingo show for about 2 years and finally booked tickets for the "show". The show is held on the 2nd floor of the Royal George Theater. As you walk down the hallway, they have added props to imitate a real Catholic school. The play is held in a very... More

If you want, for whatever reason, an early show, catch the 5pm edition of Late Night Catechism, a show that has been running in Chicago for over 20 years. Catholics will not be offended, if you have a decent sense of humor. My Catholic wife and I laughed all through the show as did the 75 or so folks who... More
