The setting is perfect, right on Navy Pier next to the beautiful Lake Michigan. The building itself is gorgeous and glistens in the sunlight. The interior is beautiful and is a perfect place to watch your favorite show. Wonderful experience!

Lovely decor, almost every seat in the theater is a good seat. Parking is convenient with a portion of Navy Pier parking dedicated to the theater. You can purchase a drink or snack. An inexpensive night at the theater. We will go again!

If you love Shakespeare, and frankly even if you you're only "in like" with him, this is a world class theater. I've had season tickets for past 20+ years, before it was moved to Navy Pier and there's never a mediocre performance. Fabulous actors -...More

It was such a fun idea to see "Shakespeare in love" at the Shakespeare Theatre at Navy pier. We went this past Friday to see the performance. There is abundant parking at Navy pier, which makes it the most convenient theater to drive to. It's...More

Excellent production of Shakespeare In Love! This professional ensemble did a great job with this performance. Can't wait to see more at this theater with their new expansion.

The Navy Pier has developed so much since years ago when I used to walk along it's empty concrete walkways. This Shakespearean theater is truly a great experience of theater in the round. The stage juts way out into the audience, actors enter and exit...More

No problem with being second balcony twenty rows back. The second balcony is one-row deep, and a wonderful place to watch any production they put on. Ingenious, moving, real live theatre!! which is the best way to experience art, in contrast to all those screens...More

If you are an expert in the arts, don't read my review! This for those of us who are not, for I'm not a play or theater kind of person, but actually thought I'd try it. My ticket was about $50 for this show, and...More

Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy
Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of
restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities.
You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the
docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the
captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you
enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you
can also visit other popular attractions there such as

Hello Vanessa, great question! The Theater has no formal dress code—so wear whatever makes you most comfortable. Some audience members dress up (dresses, heels, etc), but you're just as likely to see people wearing jeans. On... More

I believe it's a limited run show right now. You'll have to check and see if it's extended.
