Great venue, great entertainment, & great food!

This is a great venue for an evening out. Watched a great Blues band for free, excellent choice of beers and other drinks. Just went out to catch some music with my wife. Sat centre stage so had a great view. Excellent service. My wife had tortillas and I had the best ribs I have ever had. The full rack... More

Probably one of the best place in Chicago for grabbing something to eat, have a drink and relax listening to some Blues...

We had the pleasure of seeing R&B star, Tank. The crowd was enjoyable. Tank's voice was in great health. The only reasons I didn't rate the venue a perfect 5 is the valet service was chaotic. Unsure if there was an employee shortage or the crowd wasn't predicted but, 50 minutes to retrieve a car is ludicrous .

Went here because it was a familiar name and a reasonably close walk. Very disorganized and crowded in the lobby and show rooms. Music itself was pretty good. It wasn't that the experience was hideous, but there are so many other places in Chicago where I could hear great blues and jazz and not deal with the careless treatment from... More

We were spending a weekend downtown for some good Blues and Jazz. We started with the House of Blues and was not disappointed. Had the Chicago style street tacos and the Hubble had a bacon cheeseburger with fresh home cut fries. As you've probably noted, the food was great. Locally musician that entertained with humor and Al Green style music.... More

We stopped off here for dinner and to sample the atmosphere. The musician that was playing was excellent. There are lots of things to look at whilst you are eating and there is even a small shop that sells t-shirts, jewellery etc.. The food was nice and were good size portions.

This was my first time attending The House Of Blues Concert. The Wailers performed. The band is outstanding. I throughly enjoyed Jr. Marvin and Daniel Kinsley. Simply great muscians. I wished I could have seen Bob Marley performed while he was alive. The young man who stood in his place was wonderful. Good vibration. I like House of Blues. Very... More

Came in for the Wailers concert. This place is amazing but don't even go to higher levels since you won't be able to see the stage if you are not VIP. Logistics were great. Glad they checked every man coming in - they should have had female check up too. You never know. All in all great acoustics - great... More

Our 16th trip to Chicago and our first time at the House of Blues Gospel Buffet. We loved the experience and this will not be our last time. The music was so uplifting and the young performers were very talented. They had us on our feet swinging our napkins. They really get you involved in the music. The food was... More

It was our first time at the house of blues so we went not knowing what to expect. We had made dinner reservations online. We were seated at a table just two tables from the stage in the dining room. The blues group Chicago Rhythm and Blues Kings were playing. They were fantastic!! We ordered house salads which were wonderful... More
