It was a very clean park and the fans were great. Parking was a breeze and easy to navigate. Enjoyed the game.

Food is superb. Huge variety; killer Bavarian pretzels, Italian beef and sausage, grilled onions chicago style dogs, everything you want and it's all excellent. The park is a breeze to get to and park, seats half price to Cubs. I'd go back anytime.

This was the second time in two weeks that I was pleasantly surprised by a ball park. I was under the impression that this stadium had no character since it had been built prior to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Once again, I was wrong....More

Guaranteed Rate Field is a tidy and welcoming place. The rain delay of 1 hour 30 minutes shortened my game stay as I was using Metra to my hotel and the last train ran near midnight. However, Guaranteed Rate Field is a fine place to...More

This was a stop on a recent baseball bus tour. We were meeting some family for this one game and just trying to determine the name for them to find it was hard. Overall the ballpark was average in all regards: Food, seats, cleanliness overall...More

Lot's of good Chicago style food. Hot dogs, popcorn and corn. Rain delay so we walked all around. They have a certificate and button for "First White Soxs Game!". Guarantee Rate Stadium?? Crazy name. Everyone was very nice. Obvious we were O's fans.

This was a fun field to go to as you could walk all the way around it and it had two cooling off stations where you could get wet. On this day it was being used a lot as it was HOT

The stadium is a standard American ballpark, although the pinwheels that emit fireworks above the Jumbotron are slightly novel. Good prices on tickets - beer is expensive, the food is state fair stuff.

A family night out at the ballpark! Good BASEBALLLLLLLLLLL, food and drinks....equals a fun night! Team spirit is strong, there's a variety of food. Between the game, fireworks, fans and characters I didn't realize it was time to go. Another Chicag win!

Take some time out of your schedule to visit this ballpark and to support the Chicago White Sox! The facility is so updated and nice! The employees are all wonderful! The team is great and oh so fun to watch! The food is probably the...More

My husband and I want to take our 2.5 year old to the game with us soon. It would be a day game so I am curious what the best sections are for shade (if any) during the game. Thanks!

The third baseline and the outfield are pretty sunny during day games. The first baseline is your best bet, but I'd stay away from the seats in the lower rows because they are still likely to be sunny. There is a website... More

Can you buy tickets on the night? Or do you have to buy them elsewhere before the game?

I usually purchase tickets in advance just so I can choose my seats and have all my ducks in a row before I go, but it is rarely necessary to get them in advance. If they are playing the Yankees or Cubs on a weekend they may... More
