Every shop is unique, tastefully displayed items to buy. For me, it is eye candy. Cannot leave without buying something in one of the shop, maybe a piece of costume jewelry, a bottle of wine, or a Christmas décor, the list goes on.

When you experience the Little Traveler, you realize that the Old can meet the New and be most successful. This is an old historic building that has been made into all kinds of nooks and crannies, rooms dedicated to specific items, special Christmas selections year round, a very quaint restaurant and so much to see and experience, that I can't... The Little Traveller in Geneva, IL is known for it's fine assortment of shopping. They also have a Juliet Day for 6 or more friends. Book with them ahead and they will treat you to a $20 coupon, dessert or drink at lunch, and a choice of fashion advice, wine tasting, or flower arranging. 10% of our purchases that day... More

You could spend and entire day in this store - and eat your lunch there as well! I have watched this store for 50 years and it just keeps getting bigger but almost all within the original exterior walls. You may get lost but everyone is very helpful so you will eventually find your way out. Clothes, dishes, kitchen stuff... More

I'm a Geneva resident for 30 years; my husband moved here as a 14 yr old boy. Actually he was a classmate of current owner Michael Simon. This is a wonderful gift shopping place; and a wonderful place for lunch too (new chef about a year ago) many different "rooms" to shop in.I'm kind of sad they got rid of... More

Contrary to the name, this is not a little store. It's an old house-turned shop filled with fun products. Each room has its own theme, with everything from clothing to snacks to house decorations. Good for both window shopping and actually making purchases.

Went to the Little Traveler and met a group of friends for lunch. It's a perfect place for a ladies lunch. Salads, sandwiches and quiche were delicious. Best of all for me was the surprise that the menu had three Weight Watchers sections with the smart points value listed. There was a variety of WW salads, sandwiches and even desserts.... More
