Well worth the time and is easy to find near downtown Naperville. Only downside: Unfortunately during my visit, several buses of school children were present all at once inside the site. It was a little difficult to get a serious perspective of how people lived...More

Nice space for an event, wedding or festival. The kids park + water area is a favorite. Nice place for a stroll when it's free to do so.

Many of these buildings were original to Naperville when it was settled. Some during pioneer times and others Civil war era. The staff is well versed and the re-enactments are great.

This is a great place to take the family for a day event. Learn about Naperville, history and they always have special events going on. You can also rent some of the buildings out for small events and get married at the chapel.

Naper Settlement is a realistic and wonderful outdoor museum, with many buildings exhibiting crafts and various events throughout the year. It's a great place to take the family, or just for a couple to enjoy. In downtown Naperville, near the River Walk.

I believe so. The only problem would be if she wanted to see inside a few of the buildings that have second floors and a flight of stairs up to them. You can always call ahead and check.
