Attended an AHL game 2nd April, sat in upper bowl and was surprised how poor the sight lines were with relation to play on the boards nearest where you were sitting. Basically the seats aren't banked enough. Luckily the upper bowl was only 1/8 full so I could move about. Wouldn't be an issue if attending for a concert though.... More

It was not organized. I got checked in and then told that I needed to go to the opposite gate to get my wrist band. They tried twice to send me outside to the back of the line. I finally ,after three attempts, found someone who showed me where to get the band inside the arena. What a headache. It... More

The venue is pretty decent, smaller than I expected but giving everyone a good view even from the furthest seats. The event itself was magnificent. The employees, however, were unnecessarily rude. While one employee was checking my bag, she snatched my small can of pepper spray and stated that it was now hers. While I understand why pepper spray would... More

Let me just start by saying that I have been to many concerts, general admission and seated, and none of them have ever been this disorganized and chaotic. There was no one outside organizing the line switch made everything a mess. People were confused and the details weren't clear. But beyond that the staff inside was nice and the venue... More

I love you Allstate Arena! My destination for something that has been in my life since I was a toddler! World Wrestling Entertainment, formerly known in my toddler years as World Wrestling Federation. Seems like World Wrestling Entertainment comes here every month, which is a good thing. For that, I thank you Allstate Arena for allowing World Wrestling Entertainment many... More

I attended a concert at the arena with 2 teenagers. The parking lot is well managed during parking. Attendants everywhere. Good lighting. Plenty of people to help you find your seat. Afterwards, free-for-all. There was noone managing traffic at the souvenir counter. People pushed into line like Europeans. I saw 1 guy preventing people from going out the wrong exit.... More

Got tickets from our kids for Christmas. They got us good seats on the floor. Trouble was if people in front of you stood, then you too had to stand. Not a big deal. What was wrong was the seating!! Never have I been packed in so tight that you literally couldn't move. You were butt to butt with the... More
