We came here for the 100 acres and funky bones (which is located down the street) but while we were here we saw the LOVE sculpture. Fun to see the original as we have seen the one in New York.

The IMA is a fabulous art museum. We thoroughly enjoyed our time visiting the numerous collections of art but our favorite was the Quilt Exhibit; just gorgeous displays of hand stitched and appliqués with nicely articulated descriptions. The cafe food was delicious and we sat...More

I love to visit museums and have visited the Minneapolis Institute of Art, the Seattle Art Museum and this place is right up there. There are also 100 acres of grounds and gardens and a mansion too!

This museum is excellent. Lots to see on so many floors, I got 17,000 steps last time I visited. Take a picture of the outside sculptures. Everyone likes the LOVE sign.

We have been patrons of the museum for years and love to stroll the grounds as well, but this year they have begun to charge for everything and make a Museum of Art feel more like a theme park complete with more souvenirs than an...More

I believe so, but it would be wise to call Newfields (their new name) just to be sure.

Admission is now $18 which gives you full access. A membership is a great deal if you’ll be going more than once during the year.
