Beautiful exotic plants all year round. But especially nice on a cold winter day. Poinsettias abound among the tropical plants. And there is a darling train going along those cute little houses of a make believe town of yore!

So far, I've acted in two plays in the Garfield Shakespeare Company. This park is like my home. It's beautiful, it's a great hub for the community, and it's timeless. I've driven around it and thought so many times to myself that it's like Indy's version of Central Park. It's big, but not enough to get lost in it. It's... More

I went with 3 friends to enjoy the poinsettias displayed both in a group and among the regular plants. It was lovely, very peaceful, and relaxing. There's a small waterfall and many of the regular plants were in bloom so it was a fun place to take pictures. Our group had one person who is 95, and there are several... More

Lots to see and learn. Enjoy flowers and be surprised by the birds! Lots of places to walk and picnic. Very quiet and enjoyable.

I did a self-guided tour at the Garfield Park Conservatory. Remember to pick up the conservatory's plant collection where you match the number of the plant's label to the number in the guide. Monday-Friday 8:00a to view the sunken garden and conservatory.

Got about 1/4 of the way through the self guided tour of the Conservatory and had already killed 3 mosquitoes that had been biting me, I think I got bit by 2 more that got away. Had to turn around and leave the building. My brother-in-law completed the tour, but came out and complained about getting bitten around one ankle... More

My friend and I were are both avid gardeners, so couldn't pass up the chance to visit the conservatory. It was just beautiful inside that lovely glass building. I've never seen so many beautiful and lush plants and flowers in my life. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience! The sunken garden was okay, but I've seen better. But, just... More

It has always been beautiful and just neat place to take a walk; alone, as a couple or with the kids. Or in our place, with the grandkids now.
