A charming abbey in a very nice setting. A nice peaceful surrounding and a surprising discovery in the area coming from les Cammazes.

Lovely cloisters and not much else. Can look round in twenty minutes. Best bit is the peace and quiet. Nice bar down the road though.

The environs of Saint Papoul are very pretty in rolling countryside and the little village itself very pleasant. The Abbey seems to be closed a great deal and is not to my mind anything exceptional to warrant making an out of the way stop over. Could be disappointing given the Abbeys and ruins to choose from in the wider area.

Not far from Castelnaudry in a pretty village. Some unusual carved capitals which are reproduced in the small exhibition so you can see the details properly. Visit on your way to Saissic castle.

... not much else to see. You can do the visit in about 20mn. The church and the cloister are the only 2 things to see. I don't regret visiting it but i won't be recommending the detour either.

This is a nice abbey to visit if you are passing by or reasonably near. Not much to it but interesting nonetheless. Items in the shop are a little expensive for what they are. Roadworks in the town make it a little hard to find and the signs disappear so you have to guess where it is - just go... More
